Easter worship service at Guilford College UMC

When are the Worship Services?

We meet on Sundays at 8:30am for a traditional service in the sanctuary.

At 11:00am on Sundays, we gather for a "blended" worship service that includes both traditional and contemporary elements.

What can I expect?

Our worship services are usually around an hour and will have a mix of congregational hymns, prayers, scripture, and a message from a pastor.  You can expect a friendly greeting, a congregation that welcomes inclusion & diversity, and a worship service that meets you where you are.

You'll find people wearing everything from jeans & a t-shirt to coat & tie at our gatherings.  For us, worship is not about what you look like or what you wear.

If you'd like to know a bit more about where to go once you arrive, check out the page on our campus.

What about my kids?

Everyone's welcome - especially kids!  You'll find that children are greeted with a smile and a high-five in our worship services.  They can stay with you in worship the whole time, if you'd like.

But we also offer a caring and safe nursery with qualified staff as well as a dynamic Children's Worship experience during our 11:00 service.  Kids will attend the first part of worship with the congregation and then step out to their own worship time after an engaging Children's moment with Donna.

Where are you located?

We're at 1205 Fleming Rd, Greensboro, NC 27410.  You'll find us at the intersection of New Garden and Fleming.

There is a small parking lot in front of the church and a much larger parking lot in the back
